There are just not enough words to say how I much appreciate working with MyITpros. I have no doubt that my entire network is in safe hands. The team I work with are the best, they are incredibly responsive and quick to resolve all of my issues! I can't say enough about these guys, Ward, Royal, Carlos and Alex are my constant and consistent "goto" guys, I honestly could not operate my business without them!! Thanks so much guys!! I never do reviews but I just to had because they are worth it!!

My company uses MyITPros and they have been great for all the times when I've had an IT issue to fix. In particular, Anthony has been professional, courteous, and a delight to talk with as we worked through my technical issues. I joked that the only time I call him is when I have a problem - and that I felt guilty about it. That's how "human" a service they provide. Other team members such as Xavier and Chris have also been very helpful so this pro-active attitude is not just limited to one person. If you're shopping for a new IT support group, please give them a chance to win your business.

Royal Williams at MyITPros is an outstanding IT tech. I am not fond of the way the company's system has changed, but Royal is hands down one of the best. He is informative, courteous, patient, and he goes above and beyond to make sure our office is running smoothly and that we understand what is needed or taking place. I have never had any complaints when I have worked with him. I am very glad that he is a part of my team of techs that I know I can definitely rely on. Thank you Royal for all that you have done and for all that you will do for our practice. You are greatly appreciated!

MyITpros services my company's IT, and they've always been helpful and attentive. But in this review I specifically wanted to mention the help that I have received from Anthony -- he was extremely resourceful and quick to act, and was very pleasant to talk to over the phone. My IT problem was solved right away thanks to his help.

Anthony M from MyITpros helped me with a system issues I was having connecting from my home computer to my office computer. He was patient, knowledgeable, and fast. He had both systems up and running in no time! I work for a law firm so time is a commodity here. I am so glad that he was the one to get my ticket because he handled it so efficiently. I am back to working hard instead of hardly working!

Just completed my annual business review, these guys are great, they really shown an interest in our business before talking about our account. They took the time to explain shortcomings in our IT department in a way that was useful and understandable. The tech support is great, the techs are always patient and through, even with our most novice users. I have been working with MY IT pros for just at a year and it has been worth every penny. My users are more productive, and I can now focus on other areas of our business, instead of focusing on IT problems.

Chris Hay helped me with a QuickBooks issues in which I was the only employee experiencing the problem in our office. He was very professional and helpful. He even explained the issue in layman terms to me. It's so nice to know we have a team at MyITpros that we can rely on to help with our computer and network problems.

Royal with My IT pros is the best. He is the most knowledgeable tech that I have worked with. He is always very professional and patient not to mention he has always been able to resolve my issues. I have never had to wait for another tech to call me back because he could not fix my computer.
