I have been using them for almost a year now, and it has been awful. Once a week my internet goes down and doesnt get fixed till the next day. I have only stayed with them because of the cancellation fee.

This place is a complete and total joke I've been using them for over 3 years paying $149 a month supposed to be getting speeds of 12mbs. I was lucky if we got 3 mbs. Customer service is even a bigger joke than their overpriced internet. Tried to call to get help with my internet not only did they not come out here they tried to tell me my stuff was running fine. I know living out in the country and is hard to get internet but luckily I found a company that not only provided me internet but I'm paying $100 less and actually getting what I'm paying for. Please do your research first before signing a contract with these Jokers.

Hands down the worst internet provided. They want you to do all the foot work when you have an issue with the internet they are supposed to provide. And believe me unless you pay for the 100 package you will have issues almost every day ! Have contacted them twice about the internet and everytime I get contacted back with a Rude unhelpful response with you can contact support here and let them know. More ppl taking your money but provide a less than satisfying service.

This is a major scam! The company owner informed me that my internet would be capable of running my internet for competitive gaming without any issues. He then fails to inform me until after I had paid that the internet caps off at 12mbps. THE SERVICE COSTS $50/MONTH and A $50 INSTALLATION FEE. The only package avaliable above that btw is $100 for a corporate account, and that only allots a whoping 15mbps. The service only works half the time, and when it does the internet can't fully support the amount of information that needs to be processed so it's lagging and very spoty. I absolutley do not reccomend this company to anyone. When i call the company during service hours when they open to pay my bill, or discuss any issues, they don't answer their call service. I have to wait until 11ish just to be able to get my service back up and running. Edit: Spectrum charges $5 dollars more for 5 times the speed with reliable technical service. Edit #2: It would appear that digitex believe in slander according to their response. I am looking into pursuing this legally. The statement that they made is false. The reason their system would be having issues is due to a lack of signal. The "technician," aka the owner, came out and told me that they did not have the capability to get a strong enough signal to my trailer. I, in turn, moved my trailer in an attempt to accommodate their inability to service me. I had contacted them about the same day, which is the exact opposite of the slander he is putting out. The signal did slightly improve, but was still very sub par and unreliable. They consistently tried blaming the park management for power issues for their equipment. They receiver that he mention was literally staked into the ground. It does not move. It wasn't the receiver being out of alignment, it was because of their low grade equipment. Do not go with this company they are not to be trusted. The owner of the company is correct I used foul language, but it was only in response to the foul language of park staff and digitex phone services. There were only two instances with digitex where things got ugly. Aside from that things were cordial. The park supervisor on the other hand has a screw loose. She could not have a decent conversation with me or my family. She also had many issues with other residents.

I just signed up with them in Nov 2021 and for one week everything worked great. Now I watch a streaming show, it stops and buffer every 30 to 40 seconds. And the install tech left trash and wire clippings all over my living area and outside.

I wish I could give zero stars. First off, their prices are RIDICULOUS. I pay $72 for 4mb. I upgraded from the 3mb option because we couldn't do anything online if Netflix or YouTube were playing. Online gaming is practically non-existent. The internet is very spotty and generally stops working, almost nightly, around 7pm and the WiFi doesn't work at all now. This sucks for people like me who live in an area where this is the ONLY provider. Worst. Internet. Ever.

This company is the biggest joke over priced an works half the time. Its very slow an takes forever to download games on the ps4. Paying a extra 25 bucks a month an for what I don't know. This company is a rip off!
