Worst service I have ever had in my entire life. This service is actual trash. If you love to waste money and do not actually give a crap if your service works then WireStar is perfect for you! In all honesty the fact that they are still in business is crazy. My entire apartment building has no choice but to use WireStar and it is the only reason I want to move out of my apartment.

Worst provider I've ever had Every 2 weeks it messes up and gives terrible speeds Literally every other week these issues happen. Idc about customer service they read a script. It's the company in general and consistently going down longer than a few days. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER go with them. The only reason I have these idiots is because I was forced by my apartment complex. My old 25mb att was faster and 1000% more reliable then they ever and will ever be. Run and run fast or you'll get 1g one day and then 20 mega bits the next.

We consistently have issues with our Internet from these folks. Customer service does answer their phone pretty quickly which is nice and they are generally friendly. But the service itself is just not high quality. When it works it's pretty good internet. But they have regular outages, it feels like it's almost weekly. I've spoken with some manager and they promised they updated their "onsite equipment" to make it more stable. I guess the outages are less frequent but they are still occuring way too often for people who rely on their Internet to trust this provider. Our initial ticket it took them months (reported in October they sent someone in January or February) to look at the problem and the tech seemed very rushed when they did finally show up. They are the exclusive provider for our complex and we have no choice in doing business with them. It's very frustrating that they fail to provide a consistent service and then just give generic apologies when they fail to provide their service. I'll give them a pass on their most recent outage since they said it was a power issue outside their control but that doesn't excuse the countless other outages we've experienced. Nice people but if their product was half as good as their customer service team, they'd be offering the best product on the market

We had Johnnie as our tech, to assist us with getting our WiFi set up and connected in our new property in Fort Worth. He was professional, communicative, and got us taken care of as quickly as possible. He is a wonderful addition to the Wirestar team!

This has to be one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. I live in an apartment that requires you to use Wirestar's internet service. I have had internet issues for over 2 weeks now in my apartment, and I work from home. I've called multiple times with no response to my issues. After being on hold for 20 minutes today, they informed me that they will be out in 5 days! This is after having a work order in place for nearly 2 weeks. Unreal.

Elan assisted us with setting up our WiFi and password, and while doing so, he was most polite and respectful towards us! I told him that our grandkids usually helped us with tech issues but being as they weren't an available, he was filling their spots! He truly gets 5 gold stars!

This company provides WiFi to my apartment complex, a service we were forced to use through our lease agreement. Since moving in to the complex in September, there's been frequent and recurring issues with connectivity. For the past 4 days service has been almost completely down. I work from home and have had so much trouble connecting to calls today, had to go to a local cafe. I called both the central and regional customer support teams over the past few days. While they were very nice, they couldn't help me at all. They weren't able to remotely do anything to check the connectivity or remedy. So today they are apparently on site, but nothing has been resolved yet. Even the hard wire Ethernet connection doesn't work. Be very wary of any apartment complex that has WiFi included serviced by WireStar.
