If you're considering Connect Media's social media services, hear me out. I need to warn potential customers about the unfortunate experience I encountered to spare you the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss. My very small business placed trust in this Connect Media and invested over two months' worth of service fees. I was told we'd get a 12% increase in followers (roughly 225 new followers) in 3 months. By the end of two months: 1. Barely Any Results: Instead of the promised increase, we saw a mere gain of SIX followers on one platform, while others were in the red. 2. Poor Video Editing: Each video they edited and posted LOST me followers due to the subpar editing quality. One video resulted in the loss of all followers we had gained. Only when I took control of editing and posting, did we see any positive growth. 3. Disregard For Requests: They consistently ignored my instructions to edit my most successful types of videos until I expressed my frustration. I gave the owner, Jay Nadir, the COURTESY of explaining the problem and HOW to solve it to help him move forward. To add insult to injury, when I requested a partial refund due to the services falling significantly short of the agreed-upon standards, he refused. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this agency. I whole-heartedly dislike writing negative reviews knowing it can hurt a business, but this particular experience left me no choice but to warn others.
