Very informative. I been with astound for many many years and never knew of the eero app. Mr. Gilbert was very nice and helpful. Walked me threw everything he was doing and letting me know of all the issues and how he resolved them. Great service.

I usually don't do reviews, but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to share this, because when someone goes above and beyond expectations it's worth noting. Mr. Gilbert Lopez with Astound/Grande communications was assigned to my call. He was very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable in his work. He was patient with all my questions and had a great sense of humor that made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Mr. Lopez do your troubleshooting for all things cable/internet.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Gilbert from Astound! He did an amazing job at my apartment. He arrived right on time and was super thorough. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the system and walked me through each function. I really appreciated his help! He did not leave until the internet speed was confirmed.

Solid service, no complaints. They pulled up on time, got everything up and running real quick, no dragging it out or anything. Super chill and handled business. Appreciate how smooth and fast the whole process was. Definitely recommend if you don't wanna be stuck waiting around all day.

Gilbert is awesome! He's worked on problems at our house before and it's always a pleasure to work with someone who takes his job so seriously and and so knowledgeable. He found the problem with him five minutes and had it fixed in 15. Thanks Gilbert!

Very happy customer here! Leroy provided thorough, above and beyond customer service, and promptly restored and improved our internet connection! He is not only professional, personable, and courteous, but also clearly extremely knowledgeable. He took time to explain things throughout his visit, and left us with a greater understanding of how our modem and router operate which is much appreciated! 11/10 recommend!
