Not real happy with this company much anymore. I had trouble with the portal. I called to get help and the lady who answered phone wasn't helpful at all then I get irritated tell her I'll just make my payment real fast. Payment wasn't due until the 10th. My account was hit on the 1st and I never even set up for auto pay. Never do auto pay but some magical thing happened or I lied and said I didn't but did. The woman basically called me a liar on when my account is due. I told her it was the 10th of every month and she argued with me about it and I told her I have the invoice from them and due date 10th. But she still argued. Told her forget it I'll pay it later since you can help me with portal and she told me she would split the $10 fee with me. I said no thank you and just lose a customer for $10. That isn't nothing but it is the principle that never in all the time I've been with them ever been late or signed up for auto pay. Just over it. Aggregated

They're literally amazing! We've had them for almost 2 years. When signal does go down (rarely) they have it fixed within a couple hours. Even after the tornados they were out here within a couple days. They're always so polite and kind and work fast. They really are a great little company if they serve your area I wouldn't go with anyone else. We live in the middle of no where and have amazing signal. Gamer friendly for sure. All of our tvs and phones require wifi and it never slows down. New age wifi with old school customer service. You won't find a better company.

I really like this company. Don't like they don't have techs come out on weekends to get a problem fixed. But the do take care weeks days. They have a tech that's a female and I'm not sure her name. But she is the one that always comes out for me or mom mother. She is the sweetest person and makes sure problem is fixed and makes sure to let use know call if anything doesn't work. Awesome customer care person. Good company.

Sam and two very nice gentlemen came out today and installed internet at my house and the efficiency my daughter lives in on the same property. I can not say enough kind words about this group!!! They were AMAZING!!! Thank you guys so much for all your time! Truly they felt more like neighbors than internet installers and I LOVE THAT!! Everything is working great and we could not be more pleased!! Keep up the great work!!!

Service has always been excellent and anytime I've had an issue (which is rare) they are quick and reliable to come resolve it. Great people and great service.

Great folks to work with! Got us up and running(in the rain, mind you!) and the service is phenomenal! Money well spent! I will be recommending them to others who live out here in the sticks like I do- ha!

Service used to be great but now it's horrible. Their customer service also leaves something to be desired. I have called numerous times and my issues are never fixed. If you are even considering them as an ISP I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.
