I began working with this company on January 6, 2025, to manage Google Ads for my new childcare business. I initially invested approximately $1,500, and for about a week I noticed a few calls coming in. However, that quickly stopped. The company informed me they were experiencing issues with Google. In February, I reached out to discuss possible adjustments and asked how much more I should invest to see results. They recommended an additional $2,000 and assured me that I would start receiving a steady stream of calls that would help fill my childcare program. Unfortunately, that never happened. They later claimed to have encountered yet another issue with Google. On March 26, 2025, I requested a refund. I was told the refund would be processed within 24 to 48 hours. As of the end of April, I still have not received it. The company has also stopped responding to my phone calls and emails.
