I recently had a fantastic experience with PC Werks! I brought my computer in for repairs, and the service was top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They fixed my computer quickly and efficiently, and it works like new!

I needed a couple PCs in a pinch for a job and they came through for me. When one of them had an issue they corrected it super fast. You don't see customer service like that much nowadays and I certainly appreciate it! I'll definitely be back again. Thank you!

Lenovo sent me a desktop without the charger, thankfully this store had one available to sell me same day. Very nice and helpful, highly recommend.

Walked in from a recommendation from another computer store. The owner cleaned and provided me with screws for my backplate free of charge. PC was having issues overheating but not anymore! Highly recommend this store, friendly and helpful with answering questions. great prices on desktops/laptops Ect. Too. Thank you again for everything!

A part from my computer tower came out and so based on the positive reviews I went to PC Werks. They diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes then told me what to do and what part to order. No charge. Grateful for the advice. Don't often find companies this competent and honest.

I went to PCWERKS on July 8, 2024, with the intention of purchasing a new computer. I was met by a man who introduced himself as Robert, presumably the owner. After discussing my situation, he made several suggestions and showed me where I could pick up the equipment that would, in his opinion, alleviate my problem. He didn't see me as a customer/dollar sign, but as an individual with a specific concern that he could actually help. I followed his suggestion, and it solved my problem. It didn't cost a cent. I believe that Robert is in business to help people and that the money, although important, is merely a by product, I highly recommend this establishment.
