Psychz Networks - Dallas

Psychz gave me a good deal for my game server. I get low latency routes for my game server and my players are happy. The Dallas location is perfect to target users from east and west coast. They also offer the option to block UDP completely and this came in handy because the server was always under attack.

Dallas data center allows me to focus on the South American market. Had issues with network path initially but the network engineer resolved that issue for us. Pricing is competitive but it's their network that makes them stand out compared to others. The DDoS protection might not work out of the box for everyone and will require tweaking, so be ready to do some analysis on traffic and port usage.

I was recommended by my friend to try our Psychz in Dallas. Initially I contacted them and asked for quote. After a lot of back and forth, I signed up and so far the service is offering good up time. Notice minor issues but usually a support ticket ends up fixing them pretty quickly. The price is very affordable but I mainly care about network quality and support and I am very satisfied when it comes to those two things.

Finding a good provider is hard and I have been struggling for years to find an affordable server provider that will not try to rip me off with crazy fees. I was hesitant at first with Psychz but i bit the bullet and decided to give them a try for few months and see what happens. The setup process can be very confusing esp when you are asking for a custom setup. Once you are done with back and forth during setup, the support side really impressed me. If you have a critical issue, chances are they will update up within few minutes after your ticket submission. These guys are fast when it comes to support. After few months of waiting, i found the server to be reliable and staff very helpful. Right now i have 10 servers with them and I will prob add more in the future if my business keeps growing.

Spent hours going back and forth with the sales person on chat, phone and email. Forking over money is not an easy thing but these guys answered all my questions. I wish they offered some form of trial period but luckily i didn't need it. The server is working fine and the network is stable. Crossing my finger it stays that way in coming months.
