Every company has issues and sometimes it's the company and sometimes it's the user, with these guys it doesn't matter they jump on the issue and get it done. Nice to deal with a local company. This week, I needed to know how to access my email when I arrive at a hotel in another state. The issue was addressed in minutes, WOW. After spending so much time on the phone and chat features with all the "BIG SHOT" Companies, working with this group is such a pleasure. Thanks I had another issue July of 2023 and after seeing that the problem was not on their end, these folks helped me identify the problem on my end and helped with the fix. How many times do you have an issue with a software/app and right away the company is quick to tell you the problem is not theirs and solve it yourself. Not these guys, they always go above and beyond, Thanks

2 years ago I gave this group 5 stars, unfortunately now they are a zero. Their site was shut down for 5 days and I almost lost my business. There was no communication either by phone or email, nor were they responsive to attempts to reach them by phone, chat, email, or social media. They came back online in 5 days, claimed a subcontractor failed to pay bills and they were turned off. Subsequently it took 5 weeks for them to return our colocated server. To this date their support phone number is unavailable, and their responsiveness to chat sessions is variable.

I've just had a week of serious issues. All of my, and my clients' sites were down for 5 days. There was a gap of 5 days that RadWebHosting did not respond - and when they did, they said the issue did not exists. Avoid. ***In response to Tab Fitts below: I indeed experienced 5 day gap of no customer service involvement - I attached a screen shot of the ticket history. Could I Photoshop that? Yes I 100% could. But I haven't. And now (March 1st) all of my sites are down AGAIN for a full day. It's not technical ignorance as nothing has changed.

Hi Scott, my 30+ websites & all 15 client accounts & 3 businesess which is hosted on Rad Web is all down since 30+hrs and waiting for response since 12+hrs no one from your team is even responding or acknowledging, my business and online reputation is on stake here please hope you understand the sevearity and arrange me the backups of my data atleast so i can move to some other reliable hosting provider. and for god sake someone respond its scaring me like hell am answerable to all my clients and you guys are not even responding even to single message or tickets?>>>> what went wrong all of a sudden??

I don't know what this Alex Coleman dude is talking about. Rad Web Hosting has the best support I've ever experienced. They are super helpful and hardworking. If these people that are posting negative reviews had a bad experience, it's most likely technology ignorance or they just flat out messed something up themselves.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Rad Web Hosting. The staff is there to help you to make sure that you stay online and I haven't had any downtime with my server in the time I have been with Rad Web Hosting and I have had my server for over two years.

As kindly as I can say: got some really bad spam from these people and did a search and found this web hoster as a provider of them at the time. I am hoping this complaint will further facilitate ending this, spam harassment. I must update this review. I finally conquered this problem sometimes you just have to comp[lain enough about some things. Stay radical Rad Web.
