I hired SPCTEK for an account assessment intended to identify the root cause of my Amazon account deactivation and serve as the foundation for a future Plan of Action (POA). Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After the promised deadline passed, I had to reach out to ask why the report had not been delivered. They responded that they were "still working on it," which already seemed strange given that they had access to my Amazon account for several days. Shortly after, they contacted me again asking for new access to my account, which confirmed my concerns: in more than seven days, they had not properly worked on my case nor gathered the necessary information. The final report was merely a repetition of the information I had originally provided -- with no new analysis, no strategic recommendations, and no real foundation for a Plan of Action. It fell far below the level of professionalism and service that had been promised.

We had a policy violation on Amazon even though we didn't intent to do so, we tried to appeal ourselves 6 times but all our appeals got rejected. Then we decided to work with SPCTEK , we had several calls and online meetings with the team who tried to understand the root of the problems deeply and collect all the details.SPCTEK sent appeal on behalf of us to Amazon 2 times and unfortunately they were also got rejected. After 2 appeal from SPCTEK got rejected, they didn't give up and did a great job on understanding why and how to appeal. They talked several times with Amazon tried to understand how to appeal in the right way. So at the end on the 3rd appeal they succeeded and they did a phenomenal job. After my Amazon Seller account was deactivated due to multiple account policies violation, I felt lost and frustrated despite submitting several appeals I was receiving same response from Amazon again and again. I had a policy violation with Amazon. Although I was trying to deal directly with Amazon, I was not getting anywhere to resolve this issue myself. At the Hight of my despair, a friend recommend I contact Spctek instead of a lawyer. I went on their website and checked the services they provided, and I thought I was a good candidate without even reading the reviews. I called Spctek and they promised to call me after they reviewed my case. The same day they called me back and we agreed on terms and conditions which I found to be very reasonable, and they took my case. They gave me a timeline of the process and things to expect. They wrote letters for retraction. We finally got a respond from the complaining company and although the case was not resolved, they kept involved and updated me though telephone calls and emails. Spctk finally resolved the issue with Amazon but, although this ordeal is over, I hope not to ever go through it again, but for those out there that are in the process, I would recommend SPCTEK 100%. They are very professional, very knowledgeable, very efficient and effective. For Affan and Jeff whom I dealt with mostly, many thanks and keep-up the good work.

Found SPCTek after receiving a solicitation email. We've been having issues for some time with a deactivated Amazon UK account, and SPCTek was able to resolve much faster than we expected. Very pleasantly surprised with the results!
