At first, partnering with Switch & Brandlord seemed like a great decision. In the early stages, everything appeared smooth -- communication was decent, and progress was visible. However, once I brought in a seasoned marketing expert to audit their work, it became clear that the execution was severely lacking. From project management and timelines to functionality and overall industry expertise, the quality simply wasn't there. Our websites, intended for multifamily and student housing, did not meet the basic expectations of usability or performance. More concerning was the lack of accountability from their leadership team -- even when presented with concrete issues, they took no ownership. It's possible we encountered an isolated situation or "bad egg," but based on our experience, I strongly recommend seeking multiple referrals before engaging with Brandlord.
