I had an extremely disappointing experience with Insignia (Winsignia). Despite working diligently and fulfilling all my responsibilities, the company failed to pay my salary as promised. Repeated attempts to communicate with management were met with evasive answers and broken promises. It's shocking and unethical for a business to exploit employees in this manner. Such practices reflect poorly on the company's integrity and professionalism. If you're considering working here or associating with them, I strongly advise you to think twice. No employee should have to fight for their rightful compensation. Companies like this tarnish the trust and respect that should exist in professional relationships

Despite trusting their offer and resigning from my previous job to join them, they terminated my employment within a month, citing budgetary constraints. This abrupt decision caused significant distress and financial instability. To make matters worse, my repeated attempts to resolve the matter amicably by requesting fair compensation for the damages caused have gone unanswered. Despite several emails and messages, including to their key personnel, I have not received any clarity or updates on my pending payment or severance request. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability is unacceptable. Their inability to honor their commitments has put me in a difficult position, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before associating with this organization. Trust is essential in professional relationships, and unfortunately, this organization has failed to uphold it.

Extremely unprofessional! it's been over 3 months and i still haven't received my salary owned to me. This is not just my experience - Several other employees are facing the same issue. their lack of responsibility and failure to address this matter shows how poorly managed the company is. I would never recommend anyone to join them based on this true, unethical , unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
