Techvera

I have a 5 star review for them that I can't seem to get removed, but I wanted to share that they have changed ownership and it's an absolute nightmare. We have spent the last 6-8 months trying to unravel our law firm from their service. They are now managed from out of state and the original staff are no longer with them. I can't even begin to describe the number of issues we have had with them.

my company uses TechVera.... not impressed. Tickets are open for weeks and months. My latest ticket bounced between three different people for almost two months and has made zero progress. I *finally* got a call back. they left a message....so I called back today.....get a prompt that says "all members are busy, to wait, press 1".....I press 1......and immediately get the same message..... "all team members are busy.....to wait press 1".... so press 1....."all team members are busy"....... an outsourced tech company that can't even get their own phone prompts working......

We worked with Techvera for over 7 years and had to downsize. They made every effort to ensure that our transition was tedious and went as far as providing us with inaccurate passwords, multiple times. Their behavior has been nothing short of spiteful. We will definitely not be recommending them because God forbid you try to leave, they punish you for it. It's unethical

Just want to take a moment and say how much we love doing business with these guys. We get stellar service from Techvera. A simple phone call and we usually have someone in our office within a day. Prices are better than the industry, customer service is on point, and the tech guys that come out are always friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to continuing our already long and happy relationship.

Reese, Justin, Graham and team are amazing!! One of the best decisions I ever made for my business was to begin IT service. Anytime we have a problem they are there to help. Their response is timely and if it is something that cannot be fixed remotely they are onsite quickly. I definitely have peace of mind for all my computer needs with Techvera serving us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Unlike most break/fix computer companies Techvera is a true MSP (Managed Service Provider). Techvera planned, engineered, and maintains all of my company's business information technology. They provide customized solutions and have a very knowledgeable tech support team. I highly recommend them.
