This is a horrible, double-talking firm. Not friendly to the "small" , local companies. Horrible people.

Spectrum Technologies is a such a great company. We have purchased laptops from them and have a managed service. Every question or concern we have had they were helpful and outstanding and we were very well taken care of. The employees are very professional and respectful and help in any way they can. Amazing customer service.

We received the up most services with Spectrum. They work diligently to fix any issue we have. Great pricing on everything. We were very well taken care of. All around awesome company that know what they're doing, not to mention thier staff. They are very responsive and help ful.

Their staff members - sales, tech support and administration are super conscience, honest, personable and efficient. Working with the team at Spectrum Technologies has been great! The new website launched without any hiccups and the traffic counts are up on our site. They are responsive and provide a dedicated support person to your account. Overall it was a great experience. I have worked with other website development companies that are unresponsive or only provide a help desk vs dedicated contact. The team at Spectrum made it easy!

It's a total mess. The call backs are endless. We've been with them for more than eight years, but every time we call it's like they've never serviced our account. Total train wreck lately, nothing but band-aids. They keep their best techs way too busy and leave the rest of us to suffer. Even for simple new user setups. Imagine cold calling every time you needed help. It's an office joke now really. They won't respond if you try to let them know either. This is being posted as a last resort, we are already researching other services. I'd keep moving along unless your are a mega size corporation, school, or similar. Update 01-29-21: Account Management Team never did reach out. We've since canceled our service with Spectrum Technologies.

From day one I felt comfortable with this company. Everything was very well explained and until this day I haven't had any issues on my services. All I can say is if you are looking for a company to help you with your business this is a great place to start.
