One of the best customer service experience I've had since moving to El Paso. Very professional and exceptional pricing. My old 8mm tapes were converted and the quality is excellent. Very fast service. I highly recommend and any other digital service I need that Thunderbird does; I will go to them for service. This business is a great example of a small business providing the best quality.

When my grandfather passed, with weeks until their estimated completion date, Phil and Mary somehow managed to finish up the job and get the recordings back to me in time to be included in his memorial video. "Easy peasey" best describes my experience with Thunderbird Digital. Super friendly (Mary was great) and faster than expected. It seems we all are schlepping defunct bits of media that no longer fit our technology but contains some of our most precious memories. Converting it to a usable format is a great service. I've already recommended Thunderbird to my friends and family in the area...my highest compliment.

This was my first experience with Thunderbird Digital and I can honestly say it was a great experience!! I hired Phillip (Thunderbird Digital) to transfer 55-VHS Tapes and 11-8mm from my late mother and father's collection that spanned better than 25 years. All of the tapes had various recording modes/speeds (SP, LP, EP) and Phillip took the time needed and used the best and proper equipment to insure I would get a professionally done product. Phillip was even able to repair and transfer one VHS tape's housing that had somehow jarred open with the tape coming out of it. The end result was all of the tapes transferred to MP4 Movies that can be played on a computer, tablet, or smart phone and easily shared with my siblings. What can I say Phillip gave us our great memories restored to modern day formats that can be played on a computer!!! Phillip (Thunderbird Digital) thank you for a job well done!!!!

I have dealt with Thunderbird Digital on several occasions, and am astounded by the fact that they go the extra mile to deliver extraordinary quality for a remarkably good price, in a professional way. Rather than just doing the minimum I ask for, they consider how I am using it, and customize the products and digital transfers, at considerable time-cost to themselves, to make it most useful, and all with a cheery attitude as thouigh it is no effort at all...just seemed to them it would be most useful that way for how I was using it. I'm grateful they are in business!

Great service. Helped one of my clients to convert their tapes and he made it simple, named everything and uploaded to my FTP server. Easy and affordable! Would recommend!
