They operate Hidalgo County Appraisal District website and it is absolutely horrible - the website goes down typically 2-3 times a day and has been doing this for months. And the only response it "we are working on it" TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The Advanced Property Search feature has not worked for weeks. Every call to corporate says there is a ticket and they are working on it. Not only do they say there is a ticket, they say they are working on it and testing it. There has been no improvement in weeks.

BIS provides great customer service. No job is too big for them. None of the staff treats you as if your questions are no-brainers, and they go above and beyond to help with your problems. Their services are top notch and I would recommend them to any company for their needs.

First rate service. I also love how BIS is always educating clients on new and emerging trends. Its good to have a trusted partner.

All BIS workers are very nice each time we need them to help us. They always try to help in every way possible. The best of attitudes. When u see them in person, smiles is what you see. Fantastic group of humans. Thank you for all yall do to help us!!
