I hired Anchor Marketing and Design on 2018. They created new branding for our small nonprofit. Then they developed a new website to fit our needs. We worked as a team in developing the site to be both educational and easily navigated to find frequently asked questions. In 2019, Anchor developed a private website for the administrative needs of a volunteer wildlife hotline. It has data bases of people we refer to, logs of calls received, schedules, and resources. The private site has been an excellent tool that we have happily discussed with our peers when they inquired on how we were handling our record keeping etc. I am not technically savvy and have called upon Anchor on many occasions as to how to accomplish tasks on the web. BJ has helped me find a chat vendor to fit our needs and helped with various Google tools. After several years of using a different server we moved our sites to Anchor's servers and entered into a maintenance contract to keep our sites running correctly. There is nothing more maddening than having a gremlin causing havoc on your website. It can shut down the hotline. We can't afford to be down as the public depends our service. Anchor has rescued us several times in this regard. As President/administrator of the nonprofit, I am satisfied with our partnership. Anchor is my right arm in keeping all of our website needs up and running. I recommend Anchor Marketing and Design.
