Please don't be fooled by the promises--feeling disappointed here. I almost never leave negative reviews, but my experience with The Social Sharks deserves a warning. I typically focus on positive feedback, but this is only my low-star review out of many five-stars. Despite their claims of client care, I paid in advance for two services and only received a refund for one after persistent requests. The other, far more costly service was never delivered--despite clear proof and repeated attempts to resolve it. Ryan at The Social Sharks refused to make things right. If you value honesty and follow-through, look elsewhere.

I was skeptical at first but I can honestly agree with the other reviews here that The Social Sharks never once made me feel like another "customer", they made me feel like a valued client...actually like a person. Stephen Howe and his design team never expressed any impatience or frustration with my suggestions and they were actually more excited about my business than I think I was because of the gentle reminders on proposals. I only wish that other companies out there were following this example of great service and individual attention to the person. The Social Sharks is a small company with big impact looking out for the little guy and we need more companies like that.
