I recently had the pleasure of working with a cable support technician David C. who provided absolutely excellent customer service. From the moment we started the call, He was professional and concise, making sure to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. His hospitable demeanor made the whole experience pleasant and reassuring. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. If you need cable support, I highly recommend this technician!

We needed to switch the insurance on a business we just bought. Cliff in customer service and Glenn who did the install made the whole process so easy. There were also a couple unexpected things that came up from our side and they handled them quickly and professionally. Recommend!

I had the pleasure of Clifford Bailey answering the phone when I called because my internet/tv bill had nearly doubled for my small business. He was kind, funny and personable and was able to reduce my bill almost to what it originally started at. I would give him 5 Stars but I am doing 4 because it is frustrating that Astound sneaks in these payment increases and can just as easily reduce them with a phone call. Having said that, Clifford was awesome!

We have had so much trouble with our TV accounts through here and have called so many times and most of the time have had no help up until TODAY! When I called, Carrie Burkel answered the phone and came to our rescue! She walked us through each TV and helped us trouble shoot them. I never leave reviews but I had to because she deserves a raise! She has the best customer service and was delightful to talk with! Thank you Carrie!!!!

I can believe how fast Samuel Phillips got my internet working, and helped me transfer accounts. I was in a complete panic because I needed to log into my work account... and Samuel's calm voice and expertise saved the day!

Worst customer service, unreliable internet service. Company charge us for premium internet, 600 Mbps download service, while we get less than 1 Mbps download link! Have Called customer service several times, they send technician to the house, charge $99 each time and no service improvement. Stay away from Astound at all cost ....

Cliff Bailey the customers service rep was outstanding, He did a fabulous job, If I could give more than 5 stars I would , Great attention to my needs and followed up in a timely manner.. I wish all of your customers service reps were as great.
