BUYER BEWARE - This team is slow, ineffective, and don't follow instructions. Great sales people who are very convincing, with a below-average product that's not worth the money. Twelve days after taking our money, nothing had been done on our website. Nobody started anything, nobody gave us an update. As soon as I asked them why they hadn't started, they hastily threw together a "research report" that was nothing but a generic report three page from SemRush. (Which they had already sent us previously, during the sales process.) On top of that, we asked them NOT to change our live website until we approve the changes on a development environment, but they did anyway. This is a massive problem, and they didn't seem to care that they promised they wouldn't do this, but broke their promise and did it any way. I got a lackluster response from their project manager saying, "We decided this was easier." I mean, are you okay? Why did we have meetings to discuss NOT working on the live site, and in the end you just did whatever you wanted anyway? Finally, it's impossible to get a refund. We'll have to do a chargeback through our credit card company to see any of our money back. It will probably be granted because they breached the contract when they started deploying the site without our permission. Either way this is a complete waste of time. After $800 and two weeks we walked away with nothing, and now have to clean up the mess. Grade: F

If the people that called in to our company are legit from this DM Tech Labs, then they are a complete scam, kept trying to call and only speak to my grandfather. he put me on the phone 3 times with them after I told them each time to not call again, argued with me incessantly about what they were offering... or more so in his words.." we not trying to sell you anything, we offering free help". they offered scam services, lied about google analytics results, and tried to add things like, "we can also help with keyboard and mouse diagnostics..." I work in IT, SEO, marketing... they are attempting to gain root access to peoples PCs. They would have zero reason to have access to such control, other than scamming. Google, fix this issue, why are you letting scam companies pull this stuff.

I had a great experience working with Vishal and the team at DM Tech Labs. They really know what they're doing when it comes to digital marketing. Unfortunately it took us about 7 months to realize we were working with a mediocre team of marketers , for 6 months we ranked for ONE keyword with ONE location , we are a mobile service that cover multiple cities . We were paying for their SEO service it took us getting a website review from another company to realize this . We also paid for their google ads service and took sourabh 2 months to launch our landing page, ( launched our google ads campaign with no landing page resulting in ad spend with no return ) when he launched it was a website template with small paragraphs, miss spelled words as well as our company name. Took 2 months of chasing them down for a refund on that service , we were also promised in a email we would receive a refund for 2 months of uncompleted SEO services , after another 3 months of chasing them we have yet to receive any update from sourabh or his supervisor rashall . We will take that loss, which is why we are writing this review . BEWARE : Make sure you're staying on top of this team and reviewing your results , because they will promise and deliver mediocre to no results.

We are so grateful to Abhishek & DM Tech Labs for putting our minds at ease. After spending numerous days, weeks, and back and forth emails through the crazy holiday season, he was able to achieve a better looking & more functional front page to our site, and reassure us that optimization will be at full speed once the team helped to complete errors discovered in the background. He also provided us with constructive criticism on how to ensure our Home page would stand out more, and become more user friendly, thus allowing users to deeply engage in the site by aligning the content on some of our pages with images, and simple edits to the footer. Also to ensure our links to Facebook and Yelp are working. The move to our new location earlier in the year took a lot of hands to upgrade our location, adding exterior upgrades, and our own DIY operations that are still in progress, so it was easy to overlook this area given how busy we have been, and not understanding the technical changes that occur over time. With the addition of subtitles, and updated images, we are quite pleased. Our minds are at ease now that our website will be optimized to its maximum potential, giving us hope to move forward and see how all these hard efforts will drive better results, lead parents to us with no concerns about technical glitches, and help us towards placing our open spots with a waiting list without worry.
