I hired Fifteen Twenty to update my company's website back in April of this year. Worst decision I've made. I provided them with all of the content they could need, even provided a site map and wire frame because the version they came up with didn't work for us. Each week I would offer feedback on what I liked and didn't like about the work they were doing and each week they'd end up doing something entirely different and always in the hours right before we were scheduled to meet. They often missed comments. Fast forward to the last week of June just days before I needed the refreshed website to go live, and we had yet to have a single webpage built out. The representative suggested that we go with a template that was essentially alternating blocks with text and an image. This was exactly what I had said I did not want back in April. We agreed to end the project and to have my money refunded. I turned to another provider and in just 1 week I had a completely refreshed website. Just barely making the deadline for the marketing push that we launched in the second week of July. Fast forward September. I can't get a response from them, and I have yet to receive my refund.

One of the smoothest experiences I've had with a tech company so far. I inquired about a simple website revamp and SEO services and Fifteen Twenty USA delivered exactly what I wanted. Christopher Jenkins was exceptional at engineering the blueprint for the project and executing within the desired timeframe. Will definitely be going back for any future services.

If I could give this company no stars I would. During the 'sales' phase of contact everything was ok- good response time from them. As I scheduled multiple meetings with them I found them incredibly rude to our staff and the quality of what they were doing was marginal at best. The owner (I'm not sure of his role) would not respond to me AT ALL when I complained about the services and I had to get a full refund through my credit card company because they would neither speak to me or respond at all. My entire project was a huge waste of time and in the end I had no product. I only used this company on referral from my website company-never again. Buyer beware.
