Hidden Pines Chapel | Highland Village

My company rents space at Hidden Pines on a regular basis. We had a few glitches at first, as we got used to one another, but in recent months it's been fantastic. The staff is responsive, the price is right, and we have all we need. We love the flexibility and the space is beautiful. It's easy to get to, parking is great, and it's near restaurants and shopping. I can recommend Hidden Pines for weddings, parties, meetings and so much more!

We had our wedding on February 1, 2025 & our experience with Hidden Pines was the absolute best! Down to the seamless planning, & great vendor team. Newshaw helped me with any questions or concerns we had especially keeping me sane the day of. Alecia did such a great job with our gallery & Dj Jarod made our whole day & night the most fun. They didn't feel like just our venders, they really felt great friends. Lyons paperie really hit it out of the park with our koozies & drink sign. Design Haus & Jenny Layne still have our guests talking about our florals & food. The crew at the end of the night were also so sweet & so accommodating. We're really happy with choosing this venue & this particular location. It was the best day & even better with having a great team behind it all!

We had the pleasure of working with Newshaw Varta at Hidden Pines through Walters Weddings coordinating our school prom. Newshaw was amazing - incredibly thorough, creative, and patient with our committee. She worked so hard to make our event a success and truly went above and beyond! She was extremely responsive to all our texts and emails and calls and was a huge blessing the day of the event helping us set up. During the event she was constantly working to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this venue and our planner in particular! We got the soda package and the venue let us bring in some extra syrups to make dirty sodas and the bartender was awesome making custom signature drinks for the kids. The venue is stunning and everyone loved it. The food was good - though some mentioned they would have liked more chicken in the pasta; these are hungry teens. ;) Overall, the experience was truly fantastic and many said it was the best prom ever! Thank you to Newshaw and the staff at Hidden Pines!

Our daughter got married here on 3/14/25 and we were overall very pleased, we opted for a smaller more intimate atmosphere and was concerned about the size of the room, but it turned out beautifully. (there were a few things that could have been prevented with the bar, dinner & lighting, in which I brought to their attention afterwards just for future events & learning purposes). But let me tell you Newshaw was attentive, and AMAZING to work with along with the DJ Daniel and Photographer Alecia. I can't say enough about them and their professionalism. We LOVED them. The venue itself is beautiful and we were very pleased with our choices of Floral & Decor. Highly recommend Hidden Pines in Highland Village. Deb Burr

We got married here October 11, 2024 & it was one of the best days ever. Not only marrying the love of my life, but the staff we got to work with was so caring & accommodating to our every want & need. If we could do it all over again, we would definitely come back to Hidden Pines- Highland Village! It was so beautiful & we cannot thank them enough.

Went to a wedding here recently, very nice place, the chairs were nice. The reception room was fancy nice, plenty of room. Bar was great nice setup. Tables had plenty of room, plenty floor space to dance. If your looking to book a chapel or just use the hall for parts plenty of room. Yes give this place a look picture does not show how wide/big the hall is ... oh yeah, Bathrooms look nice if you wanted to know... ha ha ha... just the guys side.... the worker that served us was funny nice respectful. Oh yes I almost forgot the food was good I love broccoli... I had that, mmmmm good. Food overall I give it a 7.5 out of 10. In my opinion, my kids opinion said its good, the other was like it was okay... but kids nowadays are picky so what u expect. Give this place a look if you want to book something!

My daughters wedding last Friday at hidden pines, highland village, was absolute perfection. Firstly, the venue so tastefully decorated with a touch of hill country rustic vibe.....but chapel and ballroom elegant at the same time! I honestly don't know why everyone wouldn't choose this venue for up to 325 guests!! We had under 140 so it was even more spacious and comfortable for dancing and conversing! Newshaw was our wedding Planner and she, alone, was worth a million Bucks! She was attentive, a good listener, very responsive and literally had every detail down! She ensured the whole day went flawlessly! My daughter said she didn't have a single worry the whole day. I felt the same thanks to Newshaw handling everything for us, probably even things we should have done for ourselves. She was that good, above and beyond expectations. Our cake, done by Jenny Layne bakery, was exquisite...all four flavors were exceptional and raved about by our guests! It's was beautifully decorated as well which I believe the florists from Joche Events, should get the credit for adding floral , exact to our Inspo pic! Hannah Szerlong, Joche Events, was our floral rep and created our dream florals and greenery to the tee! I was not an easy client as I'd like to think I have an eye for design and she patiently made any changes/additions/requests that I made and there were many. Her bouquet, as shown, a showstopper!! Our DJ and photographer, Daniela and Chris, both booked through hidden pines, were equally superb, organized, prompt but also fun and engaging, even with our children! All in all, the entire wedding was A++, flawlessly executed and we will forever be thankful for all the lovely memories! Sheila B. Flower Mound, Tx

Hidden Pines was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding. The chapel is beautiful with many textures and plenty of space. The reception area had so much personality. The ceiling tin was gorgeous, the bar was a focal point and the room was so large. Newshaw was a great wedding coordinator. She had everything ready and organized at the rehearsal the night before and the day of, she was there all day to answer the hundreds of questions we had. She was there for the bride and wanted her to have a relaxed and perfect wedding experience. There is zero need to hire a separate day of coordinator. Newshaw exceeded my expectations! All the little things she and her staff did was so appreciated. The bar selection was excellent and the fajita buffet was delicious. Jared, the DJ, did an excellent job.
