I highly recommend Highland Village Air Conditioning! I recently had an urgent AC issue, and as a single woman with no one to turn to for help, I wasn't sure what to do. A dear friend suggested I speak with Brandon at Highland Village AC, but I was hesitant--having been overcharged and taken advantage of in the past. However, I had no other option, so I made the call and spoke with Brandon. To my surprise and relief, Highland Village AC arrived at the time they had promised and were absolute professionals. They were highly skilled and also incredibly kind, polite, and respectful. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my years of ongoing AC issue, explaining everything they were doing along the way. The best part? I wasn't overcharged. In a time when honesty can be hard to find, Brandon and his crew proved that good, trustworthy professionals still exist. The pricing was very fair, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I'm so grateful to have found Highland Village Air Conditioning that I can trust, and I will definitely be calling Brandon for any future needs. Highly recommended!

Highland Village A/C installed a mini split system in my garage. They did an awesome job, very clean installation and very professional. They went above and beyond for me as they had to cut an access hole in the ceiling. I expected to have to trim it out myself, but they did it for me at no extra charge. They did a remodel/repair for me as CRS construction a couple years ago that I was very happy with. It's great to see them continuing exellent cutomer service as Highland Village A/C. I highly reccomend them for any home improvement needs!

Excellent service! Both Brandon and James were professional while being friendly and extremely knowledgeable in the HVAC business. Completed installation of new 2 1/2 ton AC and furnace unit. Removal and installation performed in less than 5 hours. Pricing well below big advertised corporations you might see on TV. We highly recommend Highland Village Air. Working with Highland Village A/C has been absolutely incredible. I really have to give James a shout out. He absolutely went above and beyond to help us get our entire HVAC system replaced. He walked us through all of our options, he was extremely thorough in taking measurements (ducts, rooms, windows, etc.), and he was incredibly patient when answering all of our questions and concerns.
