This company is bad to work with I do not recommend working with them. You are better off creating your own website with AI. They take more than a month to cancel your plan with them. Any concern you have with them over the phone you just get directed into forming a "ticket" to resolve your issue which takes forever. It's clear that they outsource their work and my account manager ghosted me when I told him we were cancelling our plan with CI Web Group. Zero communication. The customer service representative for some reason thinks I am always a different person WHEN I CLEARLY SAY MY NAME EVERY TIME I TALK TO HER and I always get talked over. Horrible customer service. Paid 700$ per month for SEO with no actual report showing how those funds are allocated for SEO campaigns.
