I personally worked with Colin and he was great! He was able to fix my network issues and made improvements that have been so so valuable to me and my business. I was able to point out the problems / issues that I was having and after looking at the network he was able to explain to me, in detail, a few other issues that I was both having and was going to have in the near future. I thought I was going to be without my network for a complete day but, Colin fixed one issue in less than an hour to get me back up and running and scheduled a time to fix the rest of the issues that would work for me.
