These are thieves for your dreams, business. I HAVE CONTACTED the Texas BBB. Buyers beware. You will never get a final work product. Employees change or quit almost each week. They are outsourcing and lie about everything. You have to buy your own domain, do not let them do this as a Matter of Fact! Do not even bother to work with them go somewhere else. I have decided to file a lawsuit against This company Creativos Graphics.

Worse experience ever I have been working with this company for more then a year, providing them with content to be able to create my website. Yet they have not been able to deliver my website. The account managers in charge disappears for months, then appear work in some minor things and disappears again (I have been very patient with them ) all they have done is asking for more money every-time, I request a change.This company communication is so bad, they promised that things Will be done and the bushed you around. And don't deliver anything that they promise( specially John Dakota ) I don't think that is even his real name . My website was supposed to be done by now. And it is so raw to the point they lost all my content that I worked so hard to create for more than a year. Do not used this company you will lose your money, have a lot of frustration dealing with them for the lack of professionalism. I will be placing a complaint against this company and will be suing them .

Never work with company they take your money and you get no work from them! Everything this rating box comes in my feed I will always mention how they stole my money and want more money to give me my domain property. NEGATIVE SCORE IS -5, AND I am positive about it. I've worked with John and the Creativos team over the course of the past few months on a website and webforms integration project and have nothing but outstanding things to say about the company's customer service and skill sets. We chose Creativos over several other Vendor options and are very pleased with our decision. The team is creative, responsive, and worked hard to make sure all of our needs (even the small but picky requests) were included in the final site and service. I'd recommend Creativos to anyone.

I have been working with Jeff Augustine for about 3 month. Jeff has been consistent with his excellent work ethics, his creative product design and has always gone above and beyond to fulfill the advertising needs for my business. I find Jeff to be very creative and completely intune with the customer's vision of what their website should look like. The end product is a collaboration of the customers vision that is created by a team of experts. I personally found Jeff to be very kind, efficient and extremely pleasant to work with all through my website design and hosting process. Unfortunately I wrote this review prematurely and have decided to give my honest feedback upon completion of their work. The delivery of the website was by far an experience I wasn't prepared for. I'm spending more of my own time cleaning up the mess that was not worth what I paid for. I would be very cautious before choosing to work with this company. Max was about the only value I received during the project as he's a solid hard working guy stuck behind a very uncreative lazy team that barely has basic web skills.

It's been said, practice makes perfect. However, I believe "perfect practice" makes perfect. See the difference! That's what Robert Maxwell, commonly known as Max, has done for me. He is delivering a perfect website for my business. I was in need of a website makeover for my business. I gave Max the specifics and he deployed his team and they are busy at work. It's not an easy task, they had to ultimately 'create a new website' for me. They were not able to redo the one that I had it would not support all of the great upgrades, functionality, interaction and engagement of customers that my business required. Max and his team at Creativos Graphics thought nothing of it. They started from scratch and built a new design and are diligently at work creating my special project until it is perfect. Max as the lead Project Manager has displayed nothing short of patience, diligence and determination to deliver a job that is satisfactorily by my standards. Instead of a rush substandard job, their expertise requires a timeline that is appropriate for the job. With perfection as the outcome! Max, is responsive, timely, and has created a trustworthy working relationship with my company. I have seen my mockup and its fabulous! Creativos Graphics is a great company to work with, I am completely satisfied with their work and would gladly recommend them to my colleagues.
