BIG THANK YOU to Zack for making such a great logo with everything we wanted!! We are starting a busniess and were super skeptical to have a logo made online. But after talking with Mark who then connected us to Zack we couldn't be happier. Our logo was also made with enough time before what could possibly be a busy season for us. We had a rocky start with another busniess that told us last minute they didn't have time to do our logo which was super stressful. But then after talking with Zack he assured us that our logo would be done on time, which was such a relief! I was initially extremely skeptical. I am attempting to start a small business selling cigar related merchandise. I didn't think anyone would really get my vision, especially because I'm a woman trying to sell Cigar merch. Not only did Dustin Brown get me but he exceeded my expectations. In this case he under promised and OVER delivered! When he showed me the mock up of my website I was so excited. All I could say was, "THIS IS FIRE ". He got me the specific domain I needed. Horrible is all i can say. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been dealing with Conrad at logovent for 2-months trying to get a website built. He has contacted me four times wanting more money each time. Last time he contacted almost two weeks ago asking for more money. I told him quite nickel and dimeing me to death. I don't have time for that kind of no sense. I asked him how much he need to get the website completed and up and running. He told me another $1100.00 I said that's it no more calling saying you need more money. That is all you that is needed to get it up and running. He said that's it. You will have a fully functional website that will have you products and categories. You will be able to add more products and change you inventory. Today got another call he shows me a website that has no categories. Products all over the place. No structure and you couldn't chose any sizes. You click on tiles on home page it would not take you anywhere. You click on products you couldn't chose colors or sizes. I told him that's not what agreed apon.. he said to add categories and database so you can add products in the future. It would be another $3000.00. I have had a horrible experience with this company so far. Nothing but stress, wasting lot of time and every other week wanting more money.
