I needed a logo design for my website and YouTube channel. I called and discussed my needs. Logo in Hours was able to develop a personal logo for my business needs within a day. They don't listen to instructions well. My logo request was a minimalist design and I provided a mockup that was 95% complete. I just needed a designer to enhance my work and make minor changes. What they sent showed poor attention to detail and was a waste of time. They gave the excuse that it was the end of week, but that Thursday the head designer provided his cell and was eager to assist. I got 5 designs in 24 hrs but they didn't follow clear and simple instructions for a minamist design. They rushed to provide work within 24 hrs., and despite me talking to them several times making sure they understood, they lacked the comprehension to produce good work. It wasn't until my complaint, that they were concerned about the copyright of a mockup I designed in Canva. That should have addressed that up front when I explained how I did the design. What a joke and waste of their time and mine. I don't care how many revisions they offer, they lack attention to detail and the ability to communicate concerns upfront. They put my project behind schedule and I will not use their services or refer their business. I wish there was a half start rating but sadly it's not!

Great communication. Had my logo in no time and provided opportunities to be able to make changes if needed. Would recommend to anyone look for custom logos.
