We use OptiSigns for digital displays in our offices. the designer is good and the overall functionality. we had an issue with one designer widget not functioning and the support team were straight on it. The dev team had a fix within a few days. There are some quirks to the system but a lot depends on the processing power of the device and following the OptiSigns guide tells you how to work around these

I have been using OptiSigns for over a year now and it has given me the ability to change out content easily without having to update a USB or deal with clunky software from other providers ive used in the past. I can upload my content, schedule for when I want it to display on the screen and even manage it from the corporate office instead of going to the stores themselves. Its really saved me time and the price is really great.

I have a screen in the window of my store that displays specials and promotional content. OptiSigns has given me a cost effective way to manage my screen and get more people to come into more store. More foot traffic has been great and ive gotten many compliments on my display.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, I have been trying for two days to speak with someone in service and all I get is the run around. The last time I called in and asked to speak to a manager Paul Lai hung up on me after saying he had no one he could patch me through to. Service just wants to email you, AND WHEN YOU ANSWER THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND. WHEN THEY DO ITS NOT HELPFULL!! STILL HAVE MY ISSUE OPTISIGN IF YOUR INTERESTED IN FIXING IT. Until you do, I will be here daily writing reviews. I do have a meeting tomorrow as explained and would like to share data, so if you could help that would be great!
