We were having various issues prior to having Solkure recommended to us. Our previous services were a mess, we had constant security issues, our programs were slow, we had constant challenges throughout our office just to perform basic functions necessary for our work. Jake at Solkure was the solution we needed. His service is personal to each person in our office. Each of our systems needs unique attention and he is always available to us when anything arises. He spends time each month in our office to visit each of us to work out any concerns we may have. He has become a member of our team, not just a provider of a service. We appreciate his suggestions for overall system/ program/ security cures, and the promptness and immediate response to take care of us.
