A little over a year ago, we started in a half cabinet at TRG, and now we're moving into our own private cage. Every step of the way, TRG and Chris have been incredibly supportive and accommodating as we've grown DartNode! We're thrilled to have them as our partners on this journey. Absolutely fantastic. Leaving a review for both listings. Here's where they are the best: 1. Service: We experience ~2 minute average response times to tickets and the support was amazing, they spent all the time we needed, they had extra capacity and were able to call as needed to help with everything. 2. Pricing: They came in 4x cheaper than other places which charged per KW. 3. Attitude: Plays into service but they're there to help and work with you through any problems you have. They're real experts and you're in good hands. I never felt like I was at a disadvantage not being on-prem with the machine thanks to TRG. I cannot recommend them more highly.

As a small customer of only a few racks, its been a breath of fresh air working with TRG over some of the larger providers. They have put customer service up top while not sacrificing reliability. Very happy to work with them!

Chris and his team's dedication and hard work during an emergency move after Hurricane Beryl were truly remarkable. Anthony and his ability to get the cable tracing and equipment moved and racked, within 24 hours, was outstanding! These services really set TRG apart from other data centers. TRG has been very helpful for us making the change from having our computer room located in our corporate office to the colocation in Spring, Chris has a wealth of experience and is very reasonable priced and does not nickel and dime on fees unlike other vendors. I would recommend. With all the weather and power issues in Houston this year there is no way for us to have the uptime we now have being the colocation in Spring.
