Kade Walker was exceptional! We were without Internet for a week and a half then he showed up, and fixed the problem in no time! He was very thorough, and explained everything that was wrong. Highly recommend!

From the time you speak to someone on the line to trouble shoot your problem, till the time you are serviced, each interaction is 5 star. I had a field tech come out and told me exactly what he would be checking for and what he did to resolve the problem. ***UPDATE*** A wonderful technician came out and got me up and running quickly! HOWEVER, here I am, less than a week later, and NO INTERNET again. Two call center calls later (one foreign and one domestic) and they tell me the soonest availability is in 4 days, making me without Internet for 6 full days! Unacceptable. I've had a great first five+ years with Nextlink but now they've just gotten too big to handle their service calls. The past month has been one issue after another, but still we do not have consistent connection. Each time I call, we go through the trouble shooting steps, and they determine its one problem or another, and temporarily fix it. Only to have it go out again. Now they can't even give me a time when someone can come to the house because they are so busy (likely with new installs). Looking at our options in a new company now. I was singing your praises Nextlink up until now.

Kade Walker came out to upgrade equipment today and he was wonderful. He was very thorough, professional, and personable, answering many of my questions before I could ask. He was even great with my kids. We so appreciate him and all he did for us today.
