Best IT company that I have come across in a long time. They always take care of my problems right away. It is the easiest process with Best IT! You call and they just remote you in right away. If they can't find the problem, they don't give up until it is fixed. Their team is amazing as well. You will always get someone to help you!

Prior to my experience with Tech Support Now, I never had an IT interaction worth reviewing. You call, someone remotes in, and the issue is addressed. This is true until you have an atypical issue requiring expedited help; This where TSN differentiates itself. TSN's level of service & competency is well above my prior experience with in-house IT departments, and changed my opinion on third-party IT services. I had a critical issue arise over a weekend, and I flight to catch Monday afternoon. Rather than receiving an automated weekend response, their President, Tom Burnett got into the weeds and started diagnosing the issue. By 10:00AM Monday morning, Gabriel Acosta had already processed the data transfer and hand-delivered my replacement laptop so that I would not miss my flight. TSN's level of service and the speed at which the do it is second to none.

It's nice knowing that when I call for assistance, all the folks at Tech Support Now are able to get me up and running quickly. Calling the dreaded "IT" department is a thing of the past!
