ReBranding360 did a great job getting our 360 Tour done! They were friendly, responsive and great customer service! There were a couple of bumps throughout the process when reviewing the virtual tour before going live. But overall, we are pretty satisfied with the finished product.

We have used Branding 360 for both of our office virtual tours. Their photographers were on time and worked efficiently. The images are beautiful and they worked to help us put our images on our google business page. It was pretty simple and they made the process seamless. I'd definitely recommend them.

We had multiple sites to coordinate across two different states. REbranding 360 worked with our schedule to get the first two sites done quickly, then were very patient as we finished our remodeling project in our third location so our google tour would be done with our most up to date enhancements. They were really great to work with from start to finish. I ask a lot of stupid question and they never seemed to get tired of answering them, I give them a lot of credit for that.

Started out great. It was easy to go through their online setup tool. However the overall experience was poor. Had the first appointment set up to start before the store opened. Two days before, Brian called and flippantly said we'd have to reschedule because they over booked. We had a team of people come in from out of town to get the store ready. He suggested we just have everyone come in on Sunday (their only day off). The photographer took more photos than we agreed to without telling us. Then Brian said he'd see if he could get approval not to charge us for them. The first tour photos were very dark and they had to fix them later. The arrows that the user should follow "turn you around" in all different directions making it impossible to understand where you are in the tour. It doesn't sound like they ever looked at them. Glad I did. We've done several of these tours through other companies in the past. This isn't the way it's supposed to be. I was told I'd get all the images and tour link within a week. The first shoot was on April 28th (5-weeks ago). I still don't have them. Brian insists that I've received the emails but haven't. Each time I've asked for them, he just says they're in the email and seems to think it's somehow my fault I'm not getting them. Finally he said that he'd see if he can get the links reactivated and try to get approval not to charge me $50 extra dollars to get them. Bottom line is the actual photographer, although very nice, seemed to still be learning how to do this and Brian has been mostly condescending and pushy. I recommend you pick another service for this. Update 06-06-2018: Brian emailed today to apologize and tell me that the extra photos I asked for on the second shoot, which they decided not to charge me for (not discussed), would now be charged because I left an unfavorable Google review. Updated my rating to one star from two (I can't remember the last time I gave a company one star review).

Was hired by their company to take photos of a local real estate listing almost a month ago and I still haven't been paid for my work. The last time I heard from them was over 2 weeks ago and after numerous attempts to reach them about this issue I still haven't had any luck. They will have you do the work, bug you about getting them the photos, use your work to market listings, and never pay you. Horrible experience!!!
