Tried to claim that my account was past due with a payment balance... when I had transferred away all domains from this registrar years before. It's really suspicious to be emailing former customers saying a balance is due when there are no active services or domains on the account, especially when they don't even itemize the fees and indicate what they were for. Makes you wonder how they run stuff if they can't even keep their books straight.

After leaving at least 8 voicemails with an answering service (NO staff ever answers the phones now) and emails for tech support over the last 5 weeks, I have received one voicemail saying, "Yeah, your home page has two lines of text." This is a company I've been with for over 15 years. Two months ago, my boyfriend asked a tech support person for help getting into my website to install Wordpress. He explained to the tech person that he wanted to develop a new website in the background and then eventually replace the current website. The tech person said that was doable and told my boyfriend he was good to go. However, immediately after installing Wordpress, it overwrote my home page, wiping it out and reducing it to two lines of text. My boyfriend contacted tech support and told them the problem. They restored the original home page. My boyfriend didn't touch the website after that, and two weeks later my homepage was again collapsed to nothing. This is my full-time business, and I've received absolutely no help from them.
