Beware!!!! Do not buy a kb home! It has been a disaster since day one. We have only owned our home 1 year 7 months and the exterior paint has been peeling off since before we moved in, the flooring is coming up, and now we have black mold growing in our walls due to a condensation issue. Kb has made it very clear it will not fix the problems even though they have been an issue since day one. Do yourself a favor and look up all the reviews on their builds and lawsuits against kb before buying a disaster you will be stuck with. Please please beware!!!

Went to tour the houses. Mr Alberto was really friendly and helpful. Spent extra time explaining the options and making things clear. Now I hope I can make up mind and move here quickly as they don't have many slots remaining. Just praying. Update: got keys Feb 22. Been 7 months living here. Very nice and quiet. They started new phase. Community will get bigger. Only thing i wish is that they make a pond.

We were disappointed that we arrive during the hours that they were open and there was a car parked in front. However we never got anyone to answer the door nor ever found a salesman after about 20 Minutes. Maybe will have better luck next time we visit.

Beautiful plans decent price but have MUD taxes .... on top of city property taxes.

HONEST REVIEW FROM SOMEONE WHO PURCHASED A HOUSE FROM KB HOMES: STAY AWAY! FIND ANYONE ELSE. God, purchasing a home from those crooks has got to be the worst mistake of my life. Within a month that you start living in the house, things will start falling apart and these people will tell you that it's not on them to fix it after you freaking payed so much for the house. I wish i was kidding you. The fences around the house are falling apart within 4- 6 months of living in the house and these people told me that I have to fix it myself. The fences should not be falling apart this soon. Within 3 months of living in the house, i had to call for them to fix my kitchen counter (which if i did not fight back, they said was not on them to fix, it's a courtesy fix like wth?!?!?!?), then i had to call because 1 bedroom was not receiving cold air, then i had to call for them to fix the tiles in one of the bathroom that were not properly installed (when you are walking on the tiles they make noise like you are about to fall from the 2nd floor to the first floor), then i had to call because the guest bathroom shower was not working (the water could only come through the bottom but would not go up the pipe). I kid you not, stay away from buying a house from them. This is coming from someone who actually purchase a house and it has not even been 1 year.

I have not actually been here, but just looking through their website, the prices are very competitive compared with the homes in the north to include the one we are purchasing and building and plus it would be much closer not only to work for me, but we would also be very close to the beach.
