The system overall works. Problem is that it's a skin over Microsoft Access so everytime Microsoft updates you have to have an update to their system. We paid $7000 for their system to find this out along with expensive monthly fees. We discontinued their service in November of 2018 and switched to Wise Pool Program and only needed RB for customer history. Now we need a customer's receipt from last year for warranty purposes and was told we would have to pay $1800 to get updates so we could do that. If you purchase this program understand that you will always have to pay for the program, you will never be able to move on and keep your customers history. You really only pay for the privilege of using the program not purchasing the program.

RB Systems showed professionalism and really know how to take care of their client. Looking forward to working with them in the years to come. Their systems are up to the industry standard and will not go with anyone else.

Same experience as Marty. They overcharge you for purchasing a system that really they should just charge you monthly for. The catch is they bury it in your contract and tell you support is optional. The monthly support is NOT optional and you will pay thousands up front and pay them monthly forever PER LOCATION! We had this at two of our stores and are switching over. Do yourself a favor and just start with Evosus or Wise up front. The RB software is archaic and outdated and they charge you more and more to access it form anywhere whereas any of the other cloud based programs you can access from anywhere by design with no additional charges. Save yourself the headache and expense we experienced and use something else.

I have always had great service from RB Systems. Their software is robust and any issues are dealt with in a very capable manner. I recommend their solutions to anyone who is looking.
