Customer service has always been great. They frequently have very good discounts / sales. I wish they would bring back the 1GB/1CPU size linux express/lite option, they had a sale once that was $1/mo for 36 months, but I imagine that doesn't generate enough money. I like what they have out there now , they are always adding interesting new options. I've never had any significant/noticeable downtime with them, everything works well.

I am extremely satisfied with Database Mart's services for my US-based server needs. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and as someone with limited technical expertise, I was particularly impressed that their technical team went above and beyond to install the software and configure the environment for me--a level of service I haven't experienced with any other company. We recently tried Database's server and the experience far exceeded our expectations! Whether it's complex queries or large-scale data reads and writes, the response time is amazing. Even when handling thousands of concurrent requests during peak hours, the system remains stable and smooth, with no lag or crash at all. When encountering problems, the 7x24 online customer service responds quickly, and the engineers provide professional and efficient solutions, and the service attitude makes people feel more intimate.

Had an opportunity to work with them. They provided me their RTX 2060 server and it performed very well! If you are outside US or Europe, make sure you must have a very high end internet service to get best results! Overall a worthy experience!

I needed temporary GPU compute for training a neural network and selected a 10-core RTX 4060. The Ubuntu Linux server was provisioned quickly. I installed Docker and built my TensorFlow container without issues. Performance matched the hardware specifications. SSH connections were extremely stable: I could leave interactive sessions open during training for several days without needing a job scheduler like Slurm. All in all, a solid experience.

I purchased a Windows Server VPS from Database Mart at a much lower price than the Windows VPS from Contabo that I had used, and their manual support was very responsive and resolved my issues quickly, and I think I would recommend this company to others.

The service works great. My only issue is I could not get a hold of Customer Service for four days.

Great support . good prices . many affordable options . i was using Contabo services since 2014 and after i found this company i feal like i wasted a lot of time and money
