Shannon was beyond helpful and amazing. He was friendly, on time and very informative. He fixed our issue right away which we shouldn't have had because another technician came yesterday and did not do a thorough job. If Shannon had not come today.. we would have definitely cancelled! Jeff came out and replaced our modem after the lightening fried it. He did a great job finding the issue and fixing it quickly. Very nice and respectful also! Thanks so much Jeff!

Joseph T. provided a trouble free install experience. His skill and knowledge of the products and installation process were very helpful, reassuring even. I have experienced install personal with little to no knowledge of what they are doing and are unable to problem solve issues that come up during an install. I am thankful this was not the case with Joseph. This is encouraging as I have never been a customer and didn't know anything about them before becoming one. If they provide service like Joseph did for me. Then I believe it will be a great experience

The whole process of getting new WiFi set up was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and everything moved along quickly. Joseph handled the installation and was absolutely fantastic--professional, efficient, and friendly. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and answered all my questions with patience. I'm really happy with the service and the connection has been great so far!

Danny, was super nice and friendly. 5 star customer service. As he was doing the installation, he was explaining how everything works and setting expectations. He was just such a great guy with positive energy that I'm glad I ended up with him as my tech guy today!!!!! You're awesome Danny, thank you.

I just have to say, Richard at Astound Broadband is absolutely amazing! His professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service have made my experience with the company incredible. Every time I've needed help, Richard has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of quickly and efficiently. It's rare to find someone as dedicated and helpful as him he truly makes all the difference thank you to Richard for all the help!

If I could give this company a lower rating, I would. I've been a customer for over three years, and now that I'm canceling my service, the experience has been a nightmare. Their customer service is unhelpful and condescending, constantly referring me to online articles instead of actually assisting me. When I asked to escalate my issue, they refused to provide a direct contact--just a generic phone number. They also gave me inaccurate information about the cancellation process and won't allow me to cancel in advance, making the entire process unnecessarily difficult. While my internet service itself was decent, the poor customer service has made this experience unacceptable. So far, they haven't offered any concessions for the inconvenience, despite my requests. Unless they make this right, I won't be using their services again. This keeps it professional but firm, making it more likely to be taken seriously. Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!
