Derek once again delivered excellent support figuring out the most efficient way to transfer huge amounts of data from a memory card to the RDS share network environment. He also then showed me a smart way of streamlining the uploaded and transfer of the files into the RDS environment which will become a huge time saver. He's an excellent example of the caliber of employee at Fluid IT. I nominate him for Employee Of The Month with a spot bonus incentive acceptable to Wade Yeaman. I did not receive Derek level support at Verizon where I worked for 20 years. He's outstanding.

Fluid has been a longtime, reliable support provider for my company. They are always kind, professional and quick, and know how to make complicated issues a breeze!

Their design is to lie, cheat and steal. We live in a new era of Fraud. Devin, Clint and Wade have been providing false services for more than a decade. They steal, their dishonest and provide deceptive marketing. Customers receive LARGE bill from typical fake it until you make it Tech Support. Constant revolving door of both customers and employees. It's a con man game at Fluid IT, that's all they know. You're paying for someone to call Microsoft or the Vendor to troubleshoot when you could be doing that yourself. You'd be surprised what's behind the scenes, and what's not.

If IT had a 911 service it would be Fluid IT! When I say the women and men at Fluid are among the best of the best. From passwords to complete scrubs, security breeches(never happened yet..knock knock knock) to programing and scanning and disk clean up

I always receive prompt and courteous service. There have been some pretty convoluted issues that were hard to explain but they had all the patience in the world when dealing with me explaining the problem.
