Paid for a Logo Design that was never delivered. Gave her the date I needed the design in order to submit it for a sponsorship so our company could be advertised, she never got back to me with the design on time. I requested a refund and she refused, said she would just send me the files. That NEVER happened. Contacted her again days later saying that I still had not received the files and she still has not sent them. Finally filed a fraud claim with my card company to hopefully get my money back. Never answers calls, prefers to text. Lack of communication and paid for a service that was never delivered. AVOID! RESPONSE TO OWNERS REPLY: When I first contacted you, I asked for your prices ($50 - $ Designs / Unlimited revisions) and also asked about your turn around time (24hrs -5 days). I mentioned the deadline date that I had and you reassured me that this deadline could be met. We discussed the colors I would like as well as the specific design I wanted incorporated with the logo. After 5 days, you sent a SAMPLE design with 4 logos, neither of which included the specific design we had talked about. We choose 1 and asked for you to edit the colors and AGAIN create another logo with the specific design we wanted. Again, you sent another SAMPLE to which we asked for another revision. The deadline past and 7 days beyond it, I reached out after no communication with you to request a refund. This was Friday July 19. You never responded. Again, I called on Monday, July 22 to talk about the issue, you didn't answer but did text me back. You said no to the refund but you would send me the files. Even though we had NEVER finalized a design. On Wednesday July 24, I called and again no answer, so I sent you a text that I still had not received the files. It is July 28th and still NO FILES.

So I did the typical. Because I knew no-one in the graphic design fields I reached out like most, and posted on Facebook to find a designer for an emergency job. I needed a magazine page, and I needed it within 24 hours of me posting my requirements. MF Graphic Design was the only company that followed my requirements; emailing me a quote in a flash, and reviewing my job in a quick and efficient manner. People from all over the world reached out, but none followed my detailed instructions as I was overly busy with work at hand. Before the end of the day I had great examples to look over and tweak, and with time to spare, I submitted my page and the magazine published it properly. MF Graphic Design did so well I had them make my new business cards, and have plans for other projects to help boost my companies presence. I applaud the service and recommend MF Graphic Design for your business projects.

Well for starters they want me to send them $173.00 for 2 pvc board signs of 2'x4' and i send them my design and the charge me an extra $162.00 to finish the process and explain to them that i have already sent them $173.00 to cover the cost and they told that the $173.00 were just to do designs which they never did , so i explain to them who gives you money just for you to do the designs and especially when i foward mine designs , so terrible experience please be careful, so at the end igot nothing and cost me $173.00, i asked for a refund they laughed, terrible terrible experience
