This place is always 50/50 I took an Xbox here to get fixed and they did a great job on it 2nd time coming here I tried fixing a memory card and it's been almost if not A YEAR AND THEY NEVER CALL OR MESSAGE if you see this either confirm my item is still there or I'm gonna get the police involved (I don't want to but if I have to I will) I have personal data on there and things worth over 3000$

We took a ps4 to her and she gave us a quote and when we had the money we called and texted over and over and she never responded and we don't know when she was ever there so we couldn't go their hours are wrong. She blocked my number as well DONT GO TO THEM.

I am so lucky I found Texetron. I was having problems with my PS5 where it wouldn't turn on. I told them I was in a rush want I requested if the can prioritize my order first. They were more than accommodating to help. They have the best prices than any other competitors. Their technician is more than capable to fix any problems and with care. They also guaranteed me warranty for if anything happens they will fix it with no extra charge. I tested it by calling the next day saying the disk drive won't work and said bring it in don't worry it will be fixed with no charge. I am so happy I went with then and no other company or I wouldn't be playing my PS5 right now.

If I could give it zero stars I would. First of all, their communication with me was by far the worst I've ever had. Second, they took months to repair my PS4. And to finish off I want to say was worse service ever and they did not complete the job 100%, so I received my PS4 back not fixed but I did choose to do that because they were taking so long. I just wanted it back and I didn't care if it was fixed or not. Oh yeah by the way they did fix a USB port which I did say it was not as important as fixing my disk drive. They had my machine since The last week of January 2022 until sometime in May. I have no ill will towards these people but I just wanted to say our communications was not very well and I did not like their service so I will not be going back.

I took my modem to get fixed a couple years ago, Ezra told me it would be ready in about 3 days. I offer to pay a little extra to have it ready the next day, he owned up to his word and had it fixed and ready the next day.

I don't know i seen the reviews and i respect them but if you don't have patience just dont go but they fixed my ps4 and i had no problem's with them so i would recommend someone here if you had patience your broken system will get fixed and they are negotiable.

I was having problems with my ps4,it wouldn't turn on so I was so happy I found Textron they fixed my ps4 in under 6 days and they kept me updated the whole time. At first I ended up sending it somewhere else,but when I got it back it didn't work they just glued it back together, so I decided to take it to Textron and they made it work.
