Our tech that came, BRYAN JIMENEZ, was VERY prompt, courteous, friendly, and paid attention to what we were needing. He handled all of our silly questions like a pro and even went so far as to give and show us some tips to help us out. He made sure that we were completely satisfied. He even made sure to double check again, before leaving, if there was anything else, he could help us with today. Will highly recommend to ANYONE in need of IT services. It's nice to know, that there are still companies out there, that ACTUALLY CARE about their customers.

I can't praise West Texas It Consulting enough. After one the wrost expiernces I have ever had in my life with the Best Buy Geek Squad, they really turned things around for us. Desiree was our tech. and she was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend for computer issues.

I was experiencing overheating issues with my MSI GE66 Raider where it was constantly at 95 degrees Celsius whilst watching videos or gaming. I even experienced the BSoD three times. Amabilia diagnosed my laptop and said there was no issues before opening it. She then recommended opening the laptop for a deep dive. She cleaned the laptop and reapplied thermal paste for the CPU and GPU. My laptop is now sitting at 75 degrees Celsius, steady, during heavy gaming. I also noticed my side vents are blowing out air, when they had never done so in the past. Now the price for the diagnostic and fix was a tad bit expensive, but I am confident she saved my laptop and breadth a few more years in it. I was scared to do my own deep dive and mess my laptop up, but she was able to alleviate that anxiety. Thank-you, Amabilia!

Asked for a computer repair, despite them coming up under computer repair shops they act confused and tell me they don't do residential services anymore.

Bryan was able to take care of the problem we had, then took care of other issues we we were experiencing. We are very pleased with the work.

Patrick was able to come to my house the day after I called. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I have an older computer and I thought it had a bad virus or malware, but it turns out that I just needed it cleaned up and "tuned up". He never pushed me to buy anything from them and, in fact, suggested I hold off (if I can) on getting a new computer and wait for sales towards the years end. My computer is working great now! He he answered all my questions and explained a lot about what was going on with the computer. I highly recommend this company!!
