Vexus Fiber

Technicians were on time and were extremely professional. My original tech got something in his eye and had to go to the emergency room and another showed up within the hour to complete installation. That is a level of service other providers do not provide. The cable was laid and everything up and running with the speeds I pay for. Was told the cable would be buried in a week or two the gentleman showed up within two days.

Vexus sign up was easy. I opted to lock in a great monthly price for 3 years. The day of laying out the fiber optic on the ground and installing the boxes to the house was fast and a few days later, the crew came to bury the line was super fast and efficient. Everyone was conscious of making sure everything was put back in place or not disturbed. Highly recommend.

As a former Optimum customer. I am happy to say Vexus so far has been without a doubt a great choice. Speeds are symmetrical not asymmetrical so uploads are just as fast as downloads. The technicians that installed mine did a super job. They determined a location in the center of the house and installed their hardware there for optimum coverage. Service has been rock solid since the install a few weeks ago. Thank you Vexus for giving us a choice.

Recently moved to Nacogdoches and started with Optimum-which turned out to be a colossal mistake ! Switched to Vexus and couldn't be happier ! The installer, Justin was fast, professional and had us us and running in no time ! Great reliable internet at advertised speeds !

Great experience so far. Called on a Wednesday, they were out on Thursday to connect service. Installer was was very professional. Opted for the 500mb plan. Ran a speed test and was getting 520. Great price, great customer service, great overall!

So far I am not satisfied with the service provided by Vexus Fiber. It is super slow and I'm lucky if I get half the speed I'm paying for. I constantly have to refresh pages or wait for a page to load. Considering I'm paying for "gig speed", this should not happen, especially for the price I'm paying. I would not recommend vexus to anyone. Edit: As a result of this review, I was contacted by the network supervisor in my area and he came over to look into the issue less than an hour after I left the review. My space was too small for two eero routers, so we unplugged the second one and saw a lot of improvement in my network speeds. He also advised me that any remaining issues are likely due to my devices and possibly my antivirus software, so I will be changing that and will hopefully get even better speeds. Additionally, the customer service at Vexus Fiber is next-level and I would recommend them based on that alone, though I would also recommend them based on network speeds now that my issues have been resolved.

Installation crew was very efficient and polite. Agent is also very friendly, efficient and polite. This whole switch from Optimum has been a highlight of the year for our family.
