50 Foot Website & Branding

Martha and Justin over at 50ft Marketing and Design are an A+ Team! We had the joy of working with Martha in the revamp of our logo and website design. She came out to our business to get a feel for who we are and what we do. Justin did an awesome job making that design and feel come to life on our website. This awesome team even helped us research new software to help make our business more efficient in operations and sales. It was such a wonderful and positive experience for us, we are using the 50ft Marketing and Design team to update the logo and website for another one of our businesses.

Martha Dixon at 50 Foot Design provided design work for a boat wrap project that I initiated with Digital D-signs in New Braunfels. I provided very specific instructions to Rene at Digital D-signs along with photos and examples. The finished design was so far off the mark that I terminated the project. It was not similar at all to the examples I provided via email for the overall design and the correct color pallet (white, black and bright green) was not used. The design was a beige background with washed out colors. When I discussed the work with Digital D-signs they acted as if I did not know anything about design work and told me how great the art work was. Unfortunately for my they required a deposit of $900. When I asked for a refund I was told that I would receive $300 and that the art work was mine to keep. Thanks a lot! $600 for a art work from 50 Foot Designs that is completely useless to me. If you want someone to do work without using any of your input or examples and get charged for useless work then go ahead and use 50 Foot Marketing and Design. I contacted another design company, sent them the exact same information via email and had a finished product in line with what I wanted ready to go in less than 5 days.

We have worked with 50 foot for two years. They designed and launched our website, as well as, providing graphic support for online and print. We are very happy with them and their work. Their eye for presentation is excellent and they have a great sense for the younger market as well.

What kind of website designer has a website that is not mobile/device compatible? On top of that, Martha was extremely rude when I contacted her. I recommend not doing business with someone so outdated in her field. That's like seeing an audiologist who can't hear with their own hearing aids.

50 Foot Marketing & Design took care of everything I needed on my project including the website, brochure, business cards, logos, etc. The quality was better than expected and once I gave them my general needs and ideas they were able to take it and run with it with very little input from myself. I will be using them on my next project!
