I like the Internet service. They just need to update their service where the customer have more control through the portal. Customer Service guy I was talking on the phone. Explain stuff in the best of his knowledge and I brought up stuff they could fix like their portal where the customer can actually change their credit card number to update the billing and maybe give customers more power to cancel their service or put it on hold to make everyone happy because at the moment you cannot do anything at all so hopefully they update their system where the customer have more power to change and update their own personal stuff to their portal

Jack Wilson helped solve a reimbursement issue today that had me very worried. I had tried several times to resolve it through the live chat. He was able to do it in a few minutes and gave me his extension if I have any future issues. Thank you Jack- 5 stars - well done!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I requested cancellation on march 14th, customer service rep did not provide information when I requested it to be cancelled. They charged me 229.85 on march 19th which was over my normal monthly fee. They also over charged me in feb which they were supposed to refund. Finally got them to agree to cancel but took me days to get a shipping label. They received back on march 28th. They don't want to refund me. Put it as an account credit for my next bill. When I shouldn't have a next bill as I have cancelled the service. I have been constant calling trying to get my refund and keep getting the run around. Stay away from them I received a call from Jack Wilson who stated my funds will be back in my account within a few days and sent me an email to confirm the amount being returned. Jack was very pleasant. Once the monies owed to me by nomad are back in my account. I will update my review for his service. Update: once again I was lied to they did not return the full amount like I was told in the email I received from Daniel Shaw and jack wilson. They have only refunded to date the overage of $25 from Feb and 140.85 of the March bill. Which means they still owe me $89. I have included the emails and the Facebook message from where I was told I would be refunded. Jack Wilson has failed to do his job the full refund has not gone through. Like he stated in his email. I have not been refund all the funds they owe me

I spoke with Shawn Anderson today and he helped me cancel my account and get refunded for charges. He helped me confirm this has happened when I had called 2 times before and it was not done correctly. He was a great help today! I really appreciate it!

Our experience with Nomad has been excellent until the last few months. We were able to get customer service and actually talk to someone. Now it is only chat by text or email. By text you must be staring at your phone or they will end the chat. I waited over 2 hours. David Miller was very good when I finally got to chat. He took care of the issue so he might deserve 5 stars. I feel Nomad should deal with one customer at a time!!
