I was super happy with Domieliz from Astound! She came in with a smile and a beautiful attitude ready to figure out my service issue. She explained to me thoroughly what was wrong, what she was going to do to fix it and once repaired reconfigured it for me. Her customer service and positive attitude is what every employee should aim to have! She is in my eyes, the best I could have gotten!

Raul did such a great job. He explained everything well and listened to any and every concerns we had. He was super accommodating and articulate about everything he was doing. I definitely recommend him if you're interested in changing your internet out.

First off... I don't think I've ever left a negative review, so if that tells you anything. The internet wasn't bad service, it was the customer service that was and continues to be terrible. In the beginning they quoted a rate that was lower than everyone else, that's why I chose them. But the rate that they quoted was never the rate that got charged and I ended up being charged more than what other companies had quoted. Then when I moved out I canceled the service and they had me pay the balance when I did that and that was supposed to be the end of it. Then a couple months later they called back and said I owed them more money, which I refused to pay because everything had been paid. I went through it with several of the customer service people and they were no help, and so now, I get a call from debt collection a couple times a month because they couldn't do their business right. Stay away from them.

Raul was exceptionally professional and very thorough about letting me know information on getting my WiFi set up and working correctly. I highly appreciated his kind demeanor. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants great service and dependable WiFi with this company. Appreciate the quick efficient service as well.
