The company that we had been using for our website was sold to CloudMellow after we signed our contract but before we started the project. After not being introduced to CloudMellow properly, we went through three different project managers during our website enhancement project. Communications wasn't always clear and at times our time constraints were not taken into consideration. However, the designers did a great job giving us a fresh new look that represents our credit union and our brand well. We met the new functionality goals that we had for the new site. The final rollout was smooth, and we've received a lot of great compliments on the new site. Our last project manager did a really good job of bringing us across the finish line successfully. Overall, it was a rocky process at times; but overall, we ended up with a great new website.

I have never come across a company whose Owners are so irresponsible. Shreyans & Vijay are most unprofessional owners ever. They are concerned only to get new business but no ownership in delivering a commitment nor they value their promises. Lack of management and commitment pitty their employees and even other customers who are on board with them.
