The cornerstone crew has always made sure any and all ideas and issues we have get implemented and corrected. I feel we have more of a partnership with the level of support we receive from them. And this is important due to the constant change and adjusting needed in today's business environment. Highly recommended!!

I would not recommend using Cornerstone Marketing Solutions. We decided to switch to a local marketing agent, and during the offboarding process there was minimal contact. They shutdown our website services without any notice causing our entire companies email services to go down. They never notified us that they were doing this so we could transition with our new firm. Something like this could have easily been avoided if they would have notified us in advance and scheduled the transition closer to a weekend. Instead they decided to shut everything down without notice at the beginning of the week, so our email services were down for several days. Furthermore, I had asked for our login credentials multiple times over a period of over 30 days, and the response I was always given was "we are working on that" with no progress made whatsoever. It wasn't until our new marketing agent had to stay on the phone with our previous Cornerstone "support" representative until she got that information to her while on the phone. Overall Cornerstone handled this entire offboarding process very poorly and what I'd consider borderline negligent handling of the transition and our secure information.

We've used Cornerstone Marketing for several years. They do all of our print and web marketing. They are very knowledgeable and the work they do is great! They are especially knowledgeable in the HVAC/Plumbing industry. I highly recommend them.

Impeccable service, they are quick to get back with us and answer any questions that we have. Anything that we have asked of them, whether it be changes to our logo, website, business form, promotional items uniforms has been handled in a friendly, courteous, & timely manner. If it were up to me Cornerstone would be kept a secret because they truly have the ability to make your business grow. If you want to expand your business, Cornerstone is the answer!
